Resepi Topping Coklat

Salam..

Mesti ramai yang suka makan kek coklat ye dak? Sama macam aku tapi biasanya aku limitkan sebab makan kek ni boleh gemukkan badan dengan cepat. Kalau tak kontrol perghhh nanti gedabak badan aku. hikhik. Kali nih aku nak share Resepi mudah iaitu cara nak topping kek coklat supaya lagi sedap. nyum nyum sedapnya kalau dapat kek time hujan.

Bahan – bahan:

  • 00 g coklat masak (dipotong kecil2)
  • 125 ml susu segar/susu perisa coklat
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 sb madu

Cara Membuat:

Masukkan kesemua bahan dalam periuk dengan api yang perlahan. Gunakan kaedah double boil dan kacau sehingga kelihatan pekat. Tutupkan api dan kacau lagi sebati. Setelah nampak agak suam sedikit, curahkan ke atas kek tadi tapi pastikan kek tu sejuk terlebih dahulu.
