Tips Untuk Kecilkan Lengan

Waaachaaa.

Tadi aku berborak dengan sorang kawan yang aku selalu hangout boleh terkeluar bab tips untuk kecilkan lengan. Woaahhhh selamba badak dia sound aku ‘‘weh anne, badan ko kurus tapi ko tak exercise nanti kulit mengeleber”. Ehhh korang paham ker maksud menggeleber? Kalau malas sangat pergi taip kat google aje. Muahahahaaaa.

Sebulan lepas, badan aku menyusut dengan mendadak dalam seminggu dapat turunkan 7kg tanpa exercise. Wuwuwuuuuu akhirnya dapat hilangkan lemak woaahhhhh. Tapi yang tak bestnya lengan aku nampak tak berapa nak fit sebab aku tak exercise. Tapi sekarang aku dah mula buat exercise untuk lengan sebab tak best nak pakai lengan pendek nampak kulit lebih. Malu ai!

Aku share dengan korang beberapa tips yang aku buat manalah tahu lengan korang nampak lagi cantik. Kat rumah aku dah memang sedia ada dumbell 5kg jadi setiap hari, angkat aje dumbell tu buat 3 set tapi setiap set kena 15 kali. Setakat perempuan tak perlu nak paksa diri sampai 30 kali. Karang otot tisu cedera amek masa nak pulih. Kalau takde dumbell, guna aje air botol mineral 1.5Liter. huhu!

Selain main dumbell, paling penting jaga makanan yang kita makan. Kawal kalori setiap hari dan utamakan sayur-sayuran, buah-buahan, daging, kekacang dan bijirin, makanan rendah karbohidrat, dan makanan berasaskan tenusu. Macam aku tak ikut peraturan sangat kiranya aku tak sentuh pape melainkan milo fuze aje selama 11 hari. Gila kental semangat aku hari tu. Wuwuwuuuuu.

 Tips Untuk Kecilkan Lengan

Bila dah tak sentuh makanan sangat, aku kuat minum air. Sehari tu kiranya dekat 4 botol air mineral aku balun sebab bibir asyik kering. Dah pandai kawal makan, cari bantal peluk yang besar buat macam punching bag dan try menumbuk setiap hari. Menumbuk ni kiranya ala – ala boxing dan teknik ni antara yang paling femes dan cepat nak kecikkan lengan.

Aku ni bukanlah rajin sangat sebab tu aku bagi latihan yang simple dan tak menyusahkan rasa malas nak bersenam. Exercise paling senang aku buat push up sebab boleh mengurangkan tisu-tisu lemak di bawah lengan. Malu woaahhh pakai baju nampak muffin top kat celah ketiak. Muahahahaaa.

P/s: Macih buat kawan aku yang sound setiap kekurangan yang ada sebab aku makin bersemangat nak cantikkan body. Kalau tak kena kutuk, sampai sudah aku malas nak buat exercise. Muahahahaaa.

Thank’s for sharing.. mmg dah lma cri tips utk kecikkan lengan ni… sbb,,bentuk bdan dah ok,slim.. tapi lengan? ou my.. mmg benci btol klau tgk cermin,elok-2 je krus bhgian body,skali tgk lengan,mak aii.. geram lah plak… berisi n rmai yg kta kurang ssuai dgn bntuk bdan sy….. btw,, thank’s again for sharing..lepas ni,bolehla bwat sprti apa yg dbrihu dkat dlm entri ni ^^
